How long does shipping take for pre-built PCs?
Each PC is rigorously tested before shipment. Orders typically process within 3-5 business days, with transit taking an additional 2-4 days depending on your location.
Do your components come with a warranty?
Yes, all hardware purchased through Zach's Tech Turf includes a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects, in addition to any existing manufacturer warranties.
What is your return policy for electronics?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened items. If the product has been opened or used, a restocking fee may apply to ensure we can maintain our quality standards.
Do you provide technical support for builds?
Absolutely. Our expert team is available via email and Discord to help troubleshoot any hardware issues or setup questions you may have after your purchase.
Is international shipping available?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support more international destinations in the near future.
Are the graphics cards used or brand new?
Unless explicitly stated in a 'Refurbished' listing, all components used in our builds and sold individually are 100% brand new and sourced from authorized distributors.
