At Zach's Tech Turf, we want to ensure your hardware setup is flawless; if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your electronics within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure the Hardware

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, including all cables, manuals, and components, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior.

• 3.
  Ship to the Turf

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location to begin the transit process.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned tech, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
